Ark Lighting
warrants to the first non-retail purchaser of any of its products that its
products are free from defects in material and workmanship. In the event of any
defect, Ark Lighting’s sole obligation is expressly limited to repair or
replacement, without charge, at Ark Lighting’s factory after prior written
return authorization has been granted. In no event shall Ark Lighting’s
obligation under this Warranty extend beyond the initial cost of the product and
accordingly, any consequential damages rising our of a defect therein are
expressly excluded.
This Warranty shall
not apply to products which have altered, improperly used of repaired outside of
Ark Lighting’s factory nor shall it apply to defects for which written notice
thereof is not received by Ark Lighting within one (1) year form date of
purchase.
This
Warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and without
excluding the generality of the foregoing, excludes any implied warranty of
merchandisability.
The Use
of other company’s ( non-Ark Lighting) products or components ( i.e.
Transformers, connectors, etc.) in conjunction with Ark Lighting products may
not be covered by ETL or UL classification, and could be hazardous. Such usage,
whether covered by ETL or UL classification or not, automatically voids all Ark
Lighting products guarantees.
All
fixtures must be used in accordance with applicable National or local Electrical
Codes, and for the general use and practices as advised in our literature and
instruction information.
